A health care lawyer and a retired partner at the law firm of Porter Wright Morris & Arthur, Ted has spent his career representing health care entrepreneurs, organizations, providers and health care managers in complex transactions, regulatory and business matters. Associated with numerous professional organizations, he has been recognized by his profession and his peers as Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent, as an Ohio Super Lawyer, and as a member of Best Lawyers in America. He is an advisor to and member of for-profit boards, most recently to a business that manufactures ventilators used to treat patients with Covid-19. Ted has served on numerous boards of trustees in the Columbus Jewish community, including terms as Chair of the Board of Wexner Heritage Village and President of the Columbus JCC.
