My goal is to assist motor vehicle dealers with teaching their Finance and Sales Managers to sell F&I related products in a compliance oriented environment.

Specialties: Product knowledge, presentation skills, objection handling, laws and regulations impacting the F&I sales process.

My family has lived in Central Ohio for nearly forty years now. We are members of Congregation Beth Tikvah in Worthington. I am married with one daughter.
