As senior director of talent and culture, Jess is focused on elevating the incredible volunteer and professional talent across the Columbus Jewish community. Having spent 10 years working in urban education, Jess is an experienced program builder and facilitator with a deep commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. She is the director of Leadership JewishColumbus, a development initiative to train and connect area young professionals with leadership opportunities at local Jewish organizations, and the staff lead for National Young Leadership Cabinet, among other projects.
Jess earned a bachelor’s in American studies from Smith College, and a M.S. in education entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education.
