Marica is a talented executive assistant supporting Joel, president and chief executive officer, and Julie, senior vice president and chief development officer. Marica brings 20+ years of vast experience as a sr. executive assistant, along with a broad background as a nonprofit founder of Battered Not Broken, Inc., professional transitions coach, nationally recognized public speaker and meeting facilitator.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Walden University, an associate degree in business administration from Ohio Dominican University, and professional coaching credentials through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
