Naomi Lamb is JewishColumbus’ interim CEO. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. She joined in June 2020 and has greatly contributed to our thriving and sustainable Jewish community through her passion for developing talent and building a best-in-class work environment; she is proud of how she has worked with the JewishColumbus leadership team to create a talent strategy that has led to significantly increased employee engagement. In addition to her love for the Jewish community, prior to joining JewishColumbus, Naomi spent over a decade in HR leadership roles at various Fortune 500 companies, including Owens Corning, L Brands and Sears Holdings Corp. She also served on the board of Jewish Family Services, chaired the JCC HR and Early Childhood Committees and was an incoming Board member and Community Impact Chair at JewishColumbus. Naomi has a Master of Labor and Human Resources and a Bachelor of Arts in Jewish Studies from The Ohio State University. She is an alumni of the premiere cohort of Leadership JewishColumbus, and most recently completed a fellowship at the Mandel Institute for Nonprofit Leadership’s fourth cohort of the Executive Leadership Program. Originally from Cleveland, Naomi lives in Bexley, Ohio with her husband Paul and two sons Simon and Emmett.
