CIVIL RIGHTS SUNDAY – TUESDAY TRIP COSTS.

The prices above include breakfast and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday.
Does not include Dinners, all ground transportation, hotels, admission and
programming costs. DOES NOT INCLUDE AIRFARE, DINNERS, EVENING
PROGRAMMING AND DRIVER’S TIP.

The group is committing to reserving _____ (provide number) rooms and is
financially responsible to use 80% of this number even if it cancels the trip
by the first deadline. Hotel contracts cannot be signed by Etgar 36 until the
group provides a number and hotel prices are not guaranteed by Etgar 36
until this contract is signed.

• Any changes in the schedule may result in change in price.

DEADLINES
OCT. 15 Deposit of $5,000 and final count of participants and staff are due
AT THIS POINT, IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 20 PAYING PEOPLE WE
WILL NEED TO CANCEL.
NOV. 15 Final payment is due to Etgar 36.

Rooming list is due. Please list by rooms needing 1 bed vs 2 beds.

• CANCELLATION POLICY:
  If the group cancels the entire trip after October 15, 2024 but before
  November 15, 2024 there is a $500 administrative fee and reimbursement
  for any deposits or payments made by Etgar 36 on behalf of group that
  are non-refundable.
• If an individual cancels after October 15, 2024 and before November 15,
  2024 the group will be responsible to cover any airline and programming
  fees and deposits that are non refundable.
• After final payment deadline, there are no refunds for group and/or
  individual cancellations.
• Final per person cost of journey is determined by your group numbers at
  time of final payment.
