Volunteer with Us at Little Bottoms Free Store – Make a Real Impact!

Looking for a meaningful way to give back to the community? YJC and The Wexner Foundation are teaming up with Little Bottoms Free Store to support families in Franklin County with children aged 0-3 years and pregnant mothers who need assistance. Little Bottoms provides essential baby supplies to help these families thrive, and you can play a crucial role in that mission!

As a volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to engage directly with families—greeting them, playing with kids while their parents shop, and helping parents find clothes, diapers, wipes, and other essential items. You’ll also assist in distributing toys, blankets, shoes, books, and feeding supplies, ensuring families have everything they need to care for their little ones.

It’s a hands-on, rewarding experience that lets you connect with others while making a real difference in our community. You’ll help create a welcoming environment where families feel supported and cared for.

What to Expect:

• Wear comfortable clothes and shoes (you’ll be on your feet a lot, but that’s part of the fun!)
• An email will be sent out closer to our volunteer day with a schedule breakdown as well as information on parking and entering the building — carpooling or using ride-sharing is recommended

• At 5:30, before assisting families, we will enjoy light bites together while Rabbi Sharon leads us in a meaningful session of Jewish Learning
