Hear from mental health professionals in the clinical and school settings about what they are observing and what the community can do to support our children.  In addition to our speakers, we will be showing a short video clip of Letter to the Community: Reflections from a Former Student.

Teens are welcome!

Parking is in the Silver Garage located at 500 Butterfly Gardens Dr. and it is a paid lot.

Meet the speakers
Allie DePoy is an Independently Licensed Social Worker with Supervisory Designation with experience in treating children and adolescents with various
mental health disorders. The bulk of her clinical and supervisory experience is in psychiatric crisis assessment, management and treatment.
Allie DePoy is currently a Clinical Educator in Behavioral Health at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
Amber Nickels, LISW-S, CTP-C, has been a Mental Health Specialist in the school setting for nearly three decades. In that role, she has provided counseling and support services for students in kindergarten through grade 12 and their families. Her areas of specialty include mental health concerns and support in the school settings, special education services and mental health, social-emotional development of the gifted and twice exceptional student, crisis prevention and response and trauma-informed care in the school setting.
