Efrat Speckman has over a decade of experience in community engagement and project management. Formerly the Membership Assistant Director at the Columbus JCC, she focused on membership growth and community events. Fluent in Hebrew and English, with Spanish proficiency, Efrat holds a BA in Psychology and Sociology and a diploma in Journalism from Tel Aviv University.

Her diverse background includes roles in the IDF, Prime Minister’s office, and Israeli Embassy in Chile, where she gained extensive management experience. Efrat lives in Columbus with her husband, their three boys, and their beagle, Biscuit. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, and supporting her boys in sports.
