Ginna has over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, process implementation, and leading cohesive teams. 

Ginna is the founder and CEO of GFR Consulting where she focuses on strategic resource and organizational optimization of non-profits to help them drive impactful change in their communities.  She returned to Columbus in 2023, after spending 3 years in Denver where she served on both the Denver JFS Board and the JewishColorado Board.  Prior to that she was the COO at JewishColumbus from 2018 – 2020. Before becoming a Jewish professional, Ginna held multiple managerial positions at a large Chicago-based distribution company where she oversaw operations, strategy, and professional development for her departments. 

She holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in History, Business and Jewish Studies from Washington University in St. Louis.  Ginna lives in New Albany with her husband – Jeff, their twin 9^th grade boys – Leo & Ian, and their Bernedoodle – Rocky Reuben Rinkov.
