Harlan is a Member and Administrative Director at the Bailey Cavalieri law firm.  He is a certified specialist in estate planning, trust, and probate law, representing families, fiduciaries, and charities.  Harlan is experienced in federal, state, and local tax, with a background as a CPA and a master’s degree in tax law.

Harlan has been recognized by Ohio Super Lawyers and as a Top Lawyer by Columbus CEO Magazine.  He is a former board member and executive committee member at the Columbus Jewish Foundation.  Harlan currently serves on Jewish Columbus’s trustees and finance committees and is a co-chair of its Trusted Charitable Advisor Program.
