Robert H. S. is a Past Chair of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of M/I Homes, Inc., a public company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NSYE) and one of the largest homebuilders in the United States. Since its founding in 1976, M/I Homes has sold over 125,000 homes and has established an exemplary reputation based on a strong commitment to superior customer service, quality construction, premier locations and building a better home. For many years, Mr. S. has been active in a number of business and charitable organizations. He currently serves on the Board of LBrands, on the Executive Committee of The Policy Advisory Board of Harvard University’s Joint Center for Housing Studies, is a member of the Pelotonia Board, a member of The Columbus Partnership, serves on the Columbus 2020 Board, is a member of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Board, serves on The Ohio State University Foundation Board, and is Chairman of the Board of JewishColumbus. Robert H. S. has an undergraduate degree from Indiana University and a law degree from Capital University Law School.
